Karen-Louise was formerly a tourist guide and historian from London - now an enthusiastic cook, gardener and dedicated host.

Dino (driving) is a local farmer who owns a vineyard and olive grove as well as looking after his flock of sheep.
Paolo is a successful sculptor and knowledgeable gardener with a keen interest in mountain biking and sport in general.
