Umbria Holiday Apartment, near the Tuscany border

The holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of a recently restored farmhouse in Umbria and has its own private entrance. It's furnished in typical rustic style with exposed beams, stone walls, hand made "cotto" floors and antiques, but also using modern fittings to ensure your comfort. There are lovely views of the surrounding hills of Umbria, olive groves and neighbouring church. A fully equipped kitchenette is provided for self-catering. A garden patio with pergola and table and chairs is for the exclusive use of our guests. A parking area is just a few metres away from the house. The owners live on site and are happy to offer assistance to make your visit more enjoyable. Local Umbria produce may be purchased from neighbouring farmers who offer a range of products from tomatoes to eggs. Within view is the village of Fontignano where Umbria's renowned 15th century artist Perugino died and is buried. Both his tomb and famous fresco Madonna with Child painted just before his death may be viewed.
